Half-hourly by default
The new standard is half-hourly data, captured across the year. Energy Manager expects meters to report this frequently, and flags when they don't. All the meters we install already meet this requirement.
Landlord & tenant pathways
Energy Manager is specifically designed to support the differentiation between landlord and tenant use. Our meter hierarchy allows you to define purpose meter-by-meter, and our tenant access mode assigns clear boundaries to energy consumption.
Key results
Energy Manager supports a raft of other regulatory submission requirements: normalise to GIA; report water consumption (down to individual tenants); on-site generation and export reporting. We will soon be releasing a regulatory metrics module to calculate additional metrics in-system.
